Location: the hotel was just off the Mall, restaurant below, and shops & restaurants. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and rooms were comfortable quiet.

Neat, practical room, accommodating staff on a' spare pillow' which was quickly rectified by the duty manager. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking on site.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, situated near the main street of a bustling area. The secure parking provided peace of mind during my stay, and the hotel's proximity to many restaurants made it easy to find great dining options. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped with kitchen facilities. The attention to detail and basic amenities surpassed my expectations, making my stay comfortable and convenient.

Everything was more than satisfactory.

I stayed at Quest Albury for almost three days. Being newly built, it's really clean and full of equipment. You can feel like you're just in your new house.

Manhattan lounge and the meal choice at the Restuarant

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Ryan at the front desk. The continental breakfast included in the room rate was a nice surprise. The hotel's location was perfect, located in the heart of the city, very close to the shopping centre.

Was really happy there, lovely place the only things that bothere me are joining room which I presume can be sold as a two bedroom appartment when required they window in the room must have been left open so both nights all I heard was the blinds flapping. The only other thing I would have prefered is a clean set of towels next day. But did not spoil our trip still enjoyed. thanks

The mini kitchen was great. The staff and the food in the restaurant were both exceptionally good.

Kids running in hallway was a bit noisy. There were no comfortable chairs. The time waiting for supper and breakfast in the restaurant was about 40 minutes which was way too slow. We didnt eat there the next day because of it.

The hotel was well-located, with easy access to the main center and its attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great views of the surrounding area. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with a good supply of hot water. the hotel offered useful leisure facilities such as a fitness center and a swimming pool, making the stay more enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel seemed to be understaffed and somewhat unorganized, leading to long wait times and other inconveniences.

Comfort, convenience, 24 hour desk, undercover secure parking. Need more coffee and tea satchels in room plus milk not longlife.

Good central positiion

This hotel offers great value for money, providing spacious rooms with kitchen facilities and an extra large double bed. No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Only the fact that they hadn;t recievd our booking through Booking .Com even though we had the reciept (they said that didn't mean anything). This is a bit confussing and a shme because the service through you was great (up until that point)

Nic and quiet and close to the town centre

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the edge of town center is ideal, as it offers a quiet street yet is conveniently close to many restaurants. The rooms are clean and come with very good amenities, including a bathroom and breakfast.
